FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 5th day of March, 1979, and
the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
the determines: ThisCourt has jurisdiction of the parties and sub-
ject matter of this-suit; that the relation of husband and wife now
exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties
is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between MARIAN H.
STEPHENSON and CHARLES FRANCIS STEPHENSON be and the same is hereby
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed
from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and
from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of RHODA IONE STEPHENSON and CRYSTAL
STEPHENSON, minor children of the parties is hereby awarded to

MARIAN H. STEPHENSON, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to

CHARLES FRANCIS STEPHENSON.
a 3. SUPPORT: Commencing on the day of March, 1979, CHARLES
FRANCIS STEPHENSON shall pay to MARIAN H. STEPHENSON, the sum of $300.00
each and every month for the support of the minor children named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him
~ remitted promptly to MARIAN H. STEPHENSON. In addition there is hereby
assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment
made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or

# cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of

this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times
while this order is in effect.
