This mree came on for trial the 6th day of Mardi, 1979, and
the Cc~m't having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and
determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of housband and wife now e~dsts between
the parties: and that the marriage between the par+; es is irretrievably broken
and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
