This cause cage on far trial the 6th day of March, 1979,
and the Court having given full ca~.sideration to all the evidence, finds
and deternrine`s: This Court has jurisdiction of the na,-+;es and subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife raw exists between
the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
broken and should lie dissolv~ad. It is therein
ORIEF~D AND AUT[DC~ as follaas:
1. DIS90IIlI'IQ3 MAF~tIAGS. The marriage between SH~IRQJ R. FISHER
and ARTfiLR G. FISHER, JR. be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
and each of them are herevy forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore
i existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
