AFFIDAVIT

R.D. McLAUGHLIN being duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That he is the President of the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNER'S
ASSOCIATION, INC. , anon-profit corporation of the State of Florida, which
has been assigned all the rights and reservations of LAKEWOOD PARK CORPORF.
TION, LAKEWOOD PARK CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, and LAKE INDRIO
CORPORATION, said Assignment neing recorded in Official Record Book 186,
Page 20f35 in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County.
Florida.
2. That there has been an Affidavit filed against certain lot, block and
unit numoers in Lakewood Park Subdivision, for nonpayment of maintenance
fees assessed, said Affidavit being recorded. in Official Record Hook 300
page 1461 ,Public Records of St. Lucie County.- Florida.
3. That the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. .
hereby release, satisfy and forever discharge the said Affidavit now on record
against the following property, since said arrearage has now been- paid:
Lot 13, Block 133, Unit 10
in the name of: Frederick W. & Elizabeth WALKER, JR.
and now held in the name of:
IN WITNESS WHEREOF. I have hereunto set my hand and the seal of said
corporation, this 31st day of January 1979
