SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That LEVERETT S. SHAW,
LOUIS C. FORGET, EUGENE.FULWOOD and PERCY R. PYNS, III, in-
dividually and as constituting all of the Trustees of BON
CHANCE GROVES, INCORPORATED, a dissolved Florida corporation,.
CHESTER 8. GRIFFIN and JOSEPH H. NOELKE, the owners and hol-.
dens of a certain mortgage deed executed by ROBERT L. BROWN,
JR. and KATHLEEN J. BROWN, his wife, to BON CHANCE GROVES,
INCORPORATED as to a 558 undivided interest, CHESTER B. GRIFFIN,
as to an undivided 258 interest, and JOSEPH H. NOELRE, as to i
an undivided 208 interest, bearing date the 24th day of January,
A. D., 1973, recorded in Official Record Book 210, page 993,
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie
County, Florida, securing that certain note in the principal
sum of THIRTY-TWO THOUSAND AND NO/100 ($32,000.00) Dollars,
and certain promises and obligations set forth in said mortgage
deed, upon the property situate in said State and County described
as follows, to wit:

THE LANDS AS THEREIN DESCRIBED.
hereby acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of said note
and mortgage deed, and surrender the same as cancelled, and
hereby direct the Clerk of the said Circuit Court to cancel
the same of record.
