limited to (whether the same are attached to the Declaration of referred to
therein), the By-la?vs of the Association Articles of Incorporation, the itrrles and
Re~rlations, copy of projected operating budget, copy of sales brochure :rnd floor
plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser, and all Miendment.s to the aforesaid De-
claration and Exhibits and the Articles of Inco~~oration, Ry-Ix-rws and Dkclaration
of Coy?enants and Restrictions of tlie,l'roperty Ow,rer's Association; anJ I'rrrcliaser
further aclrnowledges receipt of and reading arrcl exvnination of said Declarat iorr, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure arul floor plan, and acknoc~lecl};es that each and '
every pro~~ision of the foregoing is essential to the sucessful oi~cration and m:urage-
ment of the Condominium property and is in the best interests and for the benefit of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all o~i~ers of parcels in the aforeciescribed
Condominium covenant :urd agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declar-
ation of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto. Prrrchaser hereby ratifies and
confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condo-
minirnn and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment ruidcr the
Property 0?.mers' Association documents referred Lo above and tl~e provisions thereof
are resonab]e, fair and equitable, and saki Purchaser acloiowledges anti confirms
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Propert}~C~~nlers' Association
has encumbered and impressed a lien u}xm the Condomirtitan parcel i~eing conveyed to
1'rrrchaser, as security for his obligations under the said I~claration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property O?aners' Association and said Rrrchascr assrm~es the
obligations as to the Property Owners' Association as to his condominiwn parcel.
Purchaser cc~nfinns that all warranties, representations and inchrceu~ents, i f any, are
as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Crnulominiinn :rJtcl Cxhibits attached there-
to, and -the common expenses and the scans clue cooler the Property O++iier's Association
and other charges arc estirr~~ted only. No raarrar~ty o~- guaranty is mule or intended
nor may one be relied except where the sauce is si~ecific~ily i:arranted or guarviteed
in said Declaration of Condominiun and the Exhibits attached thereto.
