RESOLUTION NO. 79-I5
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, held a public hearing on the 13th day of February, 1979,
after first publishing a notice of said hearing in the News Tribune
at Fort Pierce, Florida, on the 19th day of January, 1979, on
closing, vacating and abandoning that portion of the following
described right of way, and renouncing and disclaiming any right
of St. Lucie County and the public in and to the lands lying within
that portion of said right of way in St. Lucie County and the public
in and to the lands lying within that portion of said right of
way in St. Lucie County, Florida described as follows:
A11 those certain unnamed 15 foot rights of way and
easements contained in the plat of St. Lucie Gardens,
recorded in Plat Book 1, page 35 of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida legally described as follows:
The South 15 feet of Lots 10,11,12,13 and 14, Block 3,
lying west of U.S. 1 and being in Section 26, Township 36 S,
Range 40 E as shown on plat of St. Lucie Gardens, Plat
Book 1, page 35, public records of St. Lucie County.
AND
The west 15 feet of Lots 9 and 10, Block 3, Lying west
of U.S. 1, being in Section 26, Township 36 S, Range 40 E,
as shown on plat of St. Lucie Gardens, Plat Book 1, page
35, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
and,
WHEREAS, at said public hearing there were no objections to
~ closing, vacating and abandoning said right of way and renouncing
f and disclaiming any right of St. Lucie County and the public in and

to the lands lying within said right of way, and in the opinion of
