A12 those certain unnamed 15 foot rights of way and
easements contained in the Plat of St. Lucie Gardens,
recorded in Plat Book 1, page 35 of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida legally described as follows:
The South 15 feet of Lots 10,11,1?,23 and 14,BIock 3,
lying west of U.S. 1 and being in Section ?6, Township
36 S, Range 40 B as shown on plat of St. Lucie Gardens,
Flat Book 1, page 35 public records of St. Lucie County.
AND
The west 15 feet of Lots 9 and l0, Block 3, lying west
of U.S. 1, being in Section 26, Township 36 S, Range 40 6,
as shown on plat of St. Lucie Gardens, Plat Book I, page t
35, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
be and the same is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned, and-any
right of St. Lucie County and the public in and to the Land
lying within said right of way is hereby disclaimed and renounced.
2. That a Notice of Adoption of this resolution shall be
published in the Hews Tribune, Fort ?fierce, Florida, one tYiae
u?ithin thirty (30) days of the date hereof.
3. That the proof of publication of the Notice of Pudic
Nearing, a certified copy of this resolution and the proof-of
publication of the Notice of Adoption of the resolution be recorded
in the deed records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
