RESOLUTION NO. 79-16
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County
Florida, held a public hearing on the 13th day of February, 1979,
after first publishing anotice of said hearing in the News Tribune
at Fort Pierce,Florida, on the 23rd day of January, 1979, on
closing, vacating and abandoning that portion of the following
described right of way, and renouncing and disclaiming any right
of St. Lucie County and the public in and to the lands lying within
that portion of said right of way in St. Lucie County and the public
in and to the lands lying within that portion of said right of way
in St. Lucie County, Florida described as follows:
Leonard Street from FEC Railroad on the west
to Indian River Drive on the east in B.S. Harris
Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 3 at page
S of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida
and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing there were no objections to
closing, vacating and abandoning said right of way and renouncing
and disclaiming any right of St. Lucie County and the public in and
to the lands lying within said right of way, and in the opinion of
the Board of County Commissioners, it is to the best interest of

the public to close, vacate and abandon said road and disclaim and
F renounce any right of St.Lucie County and the public in and to the

lands lying within said right of way.
NOh?, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
~ sinners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this
13th day of February, 1979, as follows:
1. That portion of a public road in St. Lucie County,
Florida described as follows:
Leonard Street from FEC Railroad on the sest to
Indian River Drive on the east in B.S. Harris
Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 3 at page
5 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida
be and the same is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned and any
