HomeMy WebLinkAbout1658 1' ~ ~ 3~.~11 RESOLUTION NO. 79-10 WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, held a public hearing on the 6th day of February, 1979, after first publishing a notice of said hearing in the News Tribune at Fort Pierce, Florida, on the 10th day of January, 1979, on closing, vacating and abandoning that portion of the following described right of way, and renouncing an disclaiming any right of St. Lucie County and the public in and to the lands lying within that portion of said right of way in St. Lucie County and the public -in and to the lands lying within that portion of said right of way in St. Lucie County, Florida described as follows: That portion of Magnolia Avenue between First Street and Midway Road as shown on plat of Town of White City Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 1 at pages 21 and 201 of the public records of St. Lucie County SUBJECT however, to St. Lucie County retaining a permanent and perpetual easement fbr drainage purposes over that certain 30 foot wide portion being 15 feet on each side of the centerline of the presently existing right of way. and, WHEREAS, at said public hearing there were no objections to closing, vacating and abandoning said right of way and renouncing and disclaiming any right of St. Lucie County and the public in and l to the lands lying within said right of way, and in the opinion of the Board of County Commissioners, it is to the best interest of the public to close, vacate and abandon said road and disclaim and renounce any right of St. Lucie County and the public in and to the lands lying within said right of way. K NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis- sinners of St. Lucie Count y, Florida, in meeting assembled this 6th day of February, 1979, as follows: 1.
