RESOLUTION NO. 79-17
SATISFACTION OF LIEN "
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 65-2181, Laws of
Florida, 1965, on the 26th day of April, 1977, filed a lien
against any property owned by ESTHER HILL, 2404 Avenue E, Fort
Pierce, Florida in the amount of $3,034.26, said lien being
recorded in OR Book 267 at page 671 of the public records of
St. vucie County, Florida, and
WHEREAS, said Board on the 17th day of November, 1978 filed
an Amended Lien in the amount of $704.82, said lien being recorded
in OR Book 298 at page 421 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and
WHEREAS, said Lien and the Amended Lien have been paid in
full and should be discharged and satisfied or record.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this
20th day of February, 1979 that said Board does hereby acknowledge
the payment and satisfaction of said lien and directs the Clerk
of the Circuit Court of said County to cancel the same of record.
