LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

LUELLA E. GREENUP
I, LUELIA E. GREENUP, of St. Lucie County, Florida, do
hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament, and hereby revoke any and all other Wills and Codi-
cils heretofore made by me.
I.
I direct my Executor to pay out of my estate all of my
just debts, including the expenses of my last illness anri fu-
neral expenses.

both real and personal, wherever situate, whether now owned or
hereafter acquired by me, I give, devise and bequeath to my son,
JAMES DeFORREST GREENUP, 187 - 11th Avenue, Sterling, Illinois,
61081, if living, and if not, in equal shares, per capita, to
I' the then living children of my sons JAMES DeFORRFST GREENUP and
WILLIAM HALL GREENUP.

I hereby name, nominate and appoint my son, JAMES

DeFORREST GREENUP, as Executor of this Will, to serve without
bond. If my said son should die, resign, be disqualified, un-
willing or unable to act as such, then I name, nominate and

appoint SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, Fort Pierce, Florida, or
its successor, as Executor.
IV.
My Executor shall have the power at any time and from
time to time, at public or private sale, for such price and upon
