ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE OF REAL PROPERTY
This cause coming on to be heard before this Court upon the
Petition of SARAH ANN STOECKEL, as personal representative of the
Estate of HUGO LEVI, deceased, for an Order authorizing the sale of
the real property hereinafter described, and the Court finding that
all interested persons have waived notice hereof and have consented
to the sale, and it appearing that the best interests of the Estate
would be served by the sale of said real property, and the Court
being fully advised, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that SARAH ANN STOECKEL, as personal
representative of the Estate of HUGO LEVI, deceased, is hereby
authorized to sell the following described real property at private
sale for the sum of $30,000.00:
Apartment C-1 (204) of the COLONNADES CONDOMINIUMS
N0. 1, according to the Declaration of Condominiums
. recorded in O. R. Book 187, page 769, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, as amended by
that certain instrument dated November 30, 1970, and
recorded in O. R. Book 188, page 1748, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, together with
all appurtenances thereto, together with an undivided
interest in the common elements and limited common
f elements thereof.
DONE AND ORDERED. at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
this day of March, 1979.
