ASSIGNMENT OF PROCEEDS
We, CLIFFORD STANLEY HICKS and LEE HICKS, his wife, being the borrowers, do hereby
assign the proceeds from the sale of the following Real Estate:
Lot 11, Block 61, RIVER PARK, UNIT 6, according to the
Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 28, of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida
to the Port St. Lucie bank. This assignment shall be for the purpose of securing
a loan in the amount of Ten Thousand and 00/100 (:10,000.00) and shall be paid to
the Bank within threE (3) working days following the closing on the sale of the
subject property. In the event the sale- is not completed borrower agrees to provide
Port .Lucie Bank a mortgage on the subject property.

BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, appeared Clifford Stanley Hicks and
Lee Hicks, his wife to me well known to be the persons who executed the foregoing
Assignment and they acknowledged before me that they executed same as and for the
purposes stated therein, and that it was their free act and deed.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set rt~y hand and affixed my seal at
Port St. Lucie, St. Lucie County, Florida, this 5th day of March 1979.
