FINAL JUDGMENT
This cause coming on to be heard on February 28, 1979, on
the Complaint to Foreclose Security Interest filed herein and
the Answer filed thereto, and the Court having heard the proofs

and the arguments of counsel for the respective parties, and it
appearing to the Court that there is now due from the Defendant,
~ EMMA L. CRANE, to the Plaintiff, HOAGIE, INC., the sum of }
$6,061.86, plus interest, on the note and security agreement set
forth in the Plaintiff's Complaint, and that the security agree-
ment on the equipment hereinafter described ought to be fore-
closed, it is hereby,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff recover from the
Defendant, EMMA L. CRANE, the sum of $6,061.86, principal, less
a $500.00 credit, which represents the reasonable value of the
use of the collateral by the Plaintiff during the pendency of

-this suit, together with the sum of $581.56, interest, for a

total sum of $6,143.42. That the said sum of $6,143.42 is

secured by-the security agreement described in Plaintiff's Com-
plaint which security agreement constitutes a lien on the equip-
i
ment described therein and described in said Complaint and herein.
For the payment of the total sum mentioned above, and for
the payment of the further costs of this suit, including attorneys
fee, the Plaintiff, HOAGIE, INC., holds a lien superior to any
right, title, interest, claim or estate of the Defendant, EMMA
L. CRANE, on the equipment described in Plaintiff's Complaint
