the high bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter at
the Door of the Courthouse, in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
County, Florida, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida
Statutes. Plaintiff shall advance all subsequent costs of this
action and shall be reimbursed for them by the Clerk, if Plaintiff' ~

is not the purchaser of the property at the-sale. If Plaintiff
is the purchaser, the Clerk shall credit Plaintiff's bid with

the total sum, with interest, and costs accruing subsequent to
this Judgment or such part of it as is necessary to pay .the bid
in full. Prior to the sale, the Clerk shall advertise a Notice ~

of Sale in a newspaper circulated in St. Lucie County, and said
Notice of Sale shall be published once a week for four consecutive ~
weeks prior to the sale date. Any party to this action may be
a purchaser at said sale, and if the Plaintiff is the purchaser ;
the Clerk shall credit Plaintiff's bid with the total amount of
this Judgment, plus interest and costs accruing subsequent to the ~

entry of this Judgment or such part of it as is necessary to pay

' the bid in full.
On the filing of the Certificate of Title, the Clerk shall t
distribute the proceeds of the sale so far as they are sufficient }
by paying first all of the Plaintiff's costs; second, Plaintiff's

attorneys fees; third, the total sum due to Plaintiff, less the
items paid, plus interest at the rate prescribed by law from this
date to the date of the sale. Any surplus remaining after the
payment of all said sums, shall be paid by the Clerk of this
Court to the Defendant, and if the proceeds of the said sale shall
be insufficient to pay the amounts so found due to Plaintiff
with interest, attorneys fees, costs and expenses of sale, as
aforesaid, that thereupon, the Plaintiff shall recover of and from
' the Defendant the amount of such deficiency with interest thereon ~
