at the legal rate from the date of said sale and the Plaintiff
is authorized to make application to this Court for the entry
of Judgment, as aforesaid, for such deficiency.
The equipment described in Plaintiff's Complaint to Fore-

13. Three foot, three compartment stainless steel
sink.
14. U.S. Berkel stainless steel slicer. '
15. Tasters Choice instant coffee machine.
16. Hobart thirty quart mixer and attachments.
17. Large commercial oven.
18. Ten - four seater tables.
19. Three - two seater tables.
20. Forty-three chairs.
21. Four foot refrigerated meat case.
22. Steam table.
23. Small refrigerated sandwich unit.
24. Two compartment sink.
Jurisdiction of this action is retained to enter further
Orders as are proper, including, without limitation, an Order d

and assessing taxable costs. For all of which let execution
