THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard before this Court on ?
the 26th day of February, 1979, upon the issue made by
Plaintiff's Motion in Garnishment, the Writ of Garnishment
served thereto, and the Answer of the Garnishee admitting it
is indebted to the Defendant, and the Defendant, CARL CARLTON, {

being present at this hearing and also being represented by
counsel, LEE E. MUSCHOTT, and the Court being further advised
that a sum double the amount of the judgment had been deposited

in the Registry of the Court by the First National Bank of Fort
Pierce, from the funds of CARL CARLTON which were being held
and are to be disbursed by the Bank, it is upon consideration
E ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court,

or his duly authorized deputy clerk, is directed to pay from
the funds deposited by the FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE
` as Administrator of the Estate of Perry Carlton, deceased, to
the law firm of Brennan, McAliley, Hayskar & McAliley, as attorneys
for the Plaintiff, REUBEN W. CARLTON, the sum of $3,059.80 plus
interest from the date of the judgment in the amount of $516.54
plus costs in the amount of $17.50 for a total amount of $3,593.84.
And it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the payment of said sum listed
r to the Plaintiff, REUBEN W. CARLTON, from the Registry of the
Court and the records of said payment shall constitute whateverss~Qp
