receipt would be necessary for that portion of the funds
previously ordered to be distributed to CARL CARLTON from
the Estate of Perry Carlton, deceased, and that said funds

shall be received free and clear of any liability for any '
repayment or taxes which might be due from the Defendant,
CARL CARLTON, to the Estate of Perry Carlton, deceased. '
And it is further

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of this Court
shall pay to Brad Culverhouse, Attorney for the Garnishee,
the sum of $150.00 from the funds now on deposit in the
Registry of the Court for the Garnishee's attorneys' fee.
And it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that a Supersedeas Bond be and
the same is hereby set at the sum of the judgment, $3,593.84
plus $2,500.00 plus interest at the rate of 8$ for two years,
in the amount of $575.02, plus $50.00, or a total sum of
$6,718.02. And it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the balance of the funds after clerks fee and
deductions as listed above, be returned to the FIRST NATIONAL

Carlton, deceased, to be distributed to CARL CARLTON in accord-
