SUPPLEMENTAL ORDER TO
ORDER APPOINTING RECEIVER
The Receiver, Franklin A. Harris, having reported to the
Court that the Defendants, Richard Flanzbaum, Treasure Coast
Builders, Inc, and Landpower Investments Inc., have not complied
with the Order Appointing Receiver entered by this Court on
February 20, 1979 by failing or refusing to deliver the assets
of the Defendants to the Receiver, it is
ORDERID AND ADJUDGID that all and singular the Sheriffs
of the State of Florida are directed to render such assistance
to the Receiver, Franklin A. Harris as may be necessary to place
the Receiver in possession of all the lands, goods, assets,
moneys and effects of the Defendants, Richard Flanzbaum, Treasure
Coast Builders Inc., and Landpower Investments Inc., in accordance
with the Order Appointing Receiver dated February 20, 1979.
