ORDER OF COMMITMENT
After due notice by or to all parties affected on March 5,
1979, a hearing was held before the Court with respect to the
matters disposed of by this Order.
Upon consideration, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion for Order of Commitment
filed herein by the Plaintiff is granted; and it appearing to
the Court that the Defendant has failed to pay the past due
alimony arrearage of $5,698.00 previously ordered to be paid
by the Court in its Amended Order dated August 12, 1977, it is
hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant, HENRY EDWARD
BRUNHOFF, JR., in accordance with the provisions of the Amended

Order of this Court dated August 12, 1977 is Ordered to be

i confined to the St. Lucie County jail for a period of thirty
i - .
(30) days commencing on March 1979, at - .M.,
I
~ and he shall surrender himself to the St. Lucie County Sheriff's
Department at that time, unless the sum of $5,698.00 in past
due alimony arrearage is paid in full prior to that time. Should
s
the Defendant, HENRY EDWARD BRUNHOFF, JR., fail to present
himself at the time and place aforesaid for commitment, the
Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, and his deputies are
authorized to take the Defendant into custody and commit him
to the St. Lucie County jail in accordance with the provisions
of this Order.
