ORDER REQUIRING THAT MINOR
CHILDREN NOT BE REMOVED FROM FLORIDA
This cause was heard without notice upon the Petitioner's
verified Petition, and it appearing that the injury apprehended
will be done unless this Order is entered that the Petitioner is
unable to give bond, and that this cause is one involving the
custody of children now within the jurisdiction of this Court, in
the custody and charge of the Respondent, and the Court being fully
advised, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, that the Respondent, JAMES SIDNEY SINGLEY,
is ordered and directed not to remove, nor to permit or obtain any
person or persons to remove the minor children, ANTHONY RAY SINGLEY
and JOSEPH SCOTT SINGLEY, beyond the limits of the State of"Florida,
without an order of this Court permitting removal, and to keep and
retain custody and control of the minor children for production or
delivery pursuant to the orders of this Court. It is further
i ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent, JAMES SIDNEY SINGLEY,
E is enjoined from doing any act in violation of this Order, and that
any person or persons having knowledge of this Order are enjoined
from removing the minor children, ANTHONY RAY SINGLEY and JOSEPH
E
SCOTT SINGLEY, outside the limits of the State of Florida, without
an order of this Court permitting removal.
