Upon stipulation hereto and the Court being fully advised
in the premises, it is, .
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Respondent pay support to the
Petitioner for the benefit of KIMBERLY EILEEN LITTLE, born February 3,
1966, minor child of the parties, 'the sum of $86.66 per month, plus
an additional $2.00 for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and dis-

bursing support payments. These payments are to begin on the 15th
day of January, 1979; and thereafter on the 15th day of each and
every month. Said payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's check
or by postal money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St.
Lucie County, Florida, P. O. Box 700, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450,
and the said Clerk shall transmit the said payments to: Child Support
Enforcement Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida
32301 for transmittal to the State of Ohio as long as the case is
certified as a Title IV-D case. If the Clerk receives notification
by the Department of Health & Rehabilitative Services that the case
is no longer a IV-D case, he will then forward all support to: Clerk
of Court of Common Pleas, Lake County Courthouse, 47 North Park

Place, Painesville, Ohio 44077.

This Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for
the purpose of enforcing this Order and entering such further Orders

as may be deemed equitable. ~
