ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing, on the 23rd day of
February, 1979, upon the Motion for Contempt previously filed herein
by the attorney for the Wife, OSBORNE WALKER O'OUINN, and the
Respondent, GEORGE PROCTOR, having appeared in open Court after proper
service of process, and the said attorney having appeared in person
in open Court, and the Respondent, GEORGE PROCTOR, having stated in ~

open Court that he would not pay the attorney's fees as ordered by
this Court nor would he convey the real property as required by the

terms of the Final Judgment dated February 6, 1979, and, further,
the Court having found that the Respondent is employed and~has the
ability to pay any money ordered by this Court; therefore, the
Respondent is adjudged guilty of willful contempt of this Court for
his willful failure to pay the attorney's fees in the amount of $250.00 2
plus Court costs in the amount of $37.50 and his failure to execute
and deliver a Quit Claim Deed as ordered in said Final Judgment, a ~
s copy of which is attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof,

' ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt, GEORGE

PROCTOR is hereby sentenced to serve 60 days in the St. Lucie County
Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, commencing on March 15, 1979.
PROVIDED, however, he may purge himself within ten days from
t
the date of this Order and be released by paying the sum of $287.50,
due as of this date to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, together with
costs of his arrest. Said payments shall be remitted promptly by the
Sheriff to OSBORNE WALKER O'QUINN, 201 South 2nd Street, Fort Pierce,
