FINAL JUDGMENT
DISS i F 1" RRIAGE
THIS CAUSE, having come on for trial on the 1st day of
February, 19.79, upon the pleadings filed herein and the Court having
given full consideration to all the evidence and observed the demeanor
and physical condition of the witnesses, finds and determines: This ~
Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit;
that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties;
and that the marriage is irretrievably broken and should-be dissolved.
It is thereupon '
ORBERED AND ADJDUGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between LAVERNE
PROCTOR, Wife, and GEORGE PROCTOR, JR., Husband, be and the same is
hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them
and from the obligations arising threrfrom.

2. CUSTODY. Custody of the two minor children, to-wit:

RODERICK LASHONE, age 7 years, and MELODY, age 4 years, is hereby F

r awarded to the Wife, LAVERNE PROCTOR, with reasonable visitation
rights granted to the Husband. !

3. MONETARY CHILD SUPPORT. Commencing on the 1st day of
February, 1979, the Husband will pay to the Wife the sun of $200.00 `
E each and every month for the support of the before-named children; ;

said-sum to continue until such time as both of the children reach ~
majority, marry or become self-supporting.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and
by him remitted promptly to LAVERNE PROCTOR. In addition there is
