CERTIFICATE OF LIMITED PARTNERSHIP
The following Certificate is executed and sworn to in order
to comply with the Uniform Limited Partnership Act of the State
of Florida, Florida Stat. Ann. Section 620.02:
I. Name of Partnership. The nave of the Partnership
is LEWIS & LEWIS, LTD.
II. Character of Business. The business of the
Parnership shall be the following:
(a) To acquire and own the real estate and
improvements thereon, described as follows:
The South 1/2 of the North 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the
SE 1/4 of Section 9, Township 36 South, Range 40
East, and All of Lot 218 of WHITE CITY SUBDIVISION,
according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book
1, Page 21 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida. Excepting therefrom all rights of way fox
public roads and drainage canals, and LESS AND
EXCEPTING the following Described lands:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 1, Block 23,
RIVERDALE YACHT CLUB ESTATES, U:tIT 2, as recorded in .
'Plat Book 6, page 40, of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; thence run South parallel
to Citrus Avenue, 165.00 feet; thence run West, parallel
to the South line of said RIVERDALE YACHT CLUB ESTATES,
UNIT 2, 235.00 feet; thence run South 30.00 feet; thence
run West, 10.00 feet; thence run South 22.00 feet; thence
run-West, 300.00-feet; thence run North, 217.00 feet; thence
run East, 545.00 feet, to the point of beginning.
