real estate; to sell said real ,estate as converted~to subdivision
to the general public.
(b) To invest in, purchase or otherwise acquire
and hold for investment other real property or interests, including,
but not limited to, (i) land, rights and interest in land, (ii)
buildings, structures, improvements, furnishings, fixtures,
and equipment located nn or used in connection with land and
rights and interest in land, (iii) mortgages, deeds of trust and
other security deeds on real property or rights and interest in real
property, (iv) the entire or any participating interest in notes,
debentures, bonds and other evidences of indebtedness or obliga-
tions which are secured or collateralized by mortgages, deeds of
trust or other security deeds on real property or rights of interest
in real property, (v) a share of rents, lease payments, or other
gross income from or a share of the profits from, or a share in t
the equity ownership of real property, and (vi) interest in General
' Partnerships, Limited Partnerships, Partnership associations, and
' joint ventures organized for the purpose of investing in, pur-
chasing or otherwise acquiring real property or interests therein.

(c) To borrow monies and to secure same by a
lien or security interest on Partnership property and to
execute such other documents related thereto, including,
~ but not limited to, mortgages, deeds of trust, chattel
E mortgages, financing statements, pledges and assignments,
and to engage in all activities and transactions as may be
necessary or advisable in order to carry out any of the
foregoing purposes, including, but not limited to, the
following: (i) to purchase, transfer, mortgage, pledge, and
acquire and exercise otherwise, all rights, powers, privileges
and other incidents of ownership with respect to real and
personal property; (ii) to borrow or raise monies without
