VII. Additional Contributions of the Limited Partners.
The Limited Partners shall contribute an amount not to exceed
S 5,000.00 per each Partner.
VIII: Return of Contributions of Limited Partners. No
time has been agreed upon for the return of the contributions
of the Limited Partners.

IX. Share of Profits. of Limited Partners. The Limited

and no other compensation by way of income, by reason of their #

X. Substitution of Assignee as Limited Partner. Any
Limited Partner shall have the right, at any time, to assign -

all or any part of his ownership interest; provided, however,

that any Assignee of a Limited Partner shall not become a
substituted Limited Partner until:
(a) The Assignor Limited Partner shall provide

in the instrument of assignment that his Assignee shall become
a substituted Limited Partner;
(b) The Assignee Limited Partner shall execute
and deliver to the General Partners an Addendum to the Limited
Partnership Agreement agreeing to be bound by the terms and
provisions thereof.
