A D D E N D U M
. ADDENDUM to mortgage from HARRY W. MARSHALL and LORRAINE E.
MARSHALL, his wife, to PAULINE COLSON, dated
The following is hereby incorporated as a condition
of that second mortgage dated
It is understood between the parties that there
is presently a first mortgage of record in favor of VENTURE
ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION, as reflected in OR Book 249, at page
815 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County. Mortgagee
agrees to make payments on said mortgage. When the balance
. hereunder is reduced to the outstanding balance on said
first mortgage then mortgagors may assume said mortgage
directly and this mortgage shall be satisfied upon approval
of first mortgage by the mortgagee.
