CORRECTIVE MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the undersigned Mortgagor hereby corrects
that certain Mortgage, recorded in O.R. Book 302, at Page 500 and 501, of the Public "

Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, said Mortgage being dated January 22, 1979, and
filed January 2~, 1979, in the original amount of $20,000.00, and being Loan X22029191,
which Mortgage description is corrected to read as follows:
PARCEL ONE
All of Lot 13, and that part of Lot 12, Block 2, ritore particularly described
as follows: Begin at the intersection of the line dividing Lot 13 and 12
with the Northeasterly right of way line of Angle Road; thence run Northeasterly
along said dividing line to the rear line of said lot 12; thence run Southeasterly
along the rear lot line of said lot 12 a distance of 25 feet to a point; thence
run Southwesterly along a line parallel to the aforesaid dividing line to a point
on Angle Road, said point being 25 feet distant from the most Southerly corner
of Lot 13 aforesaid; thence run Northwesterly along the Northerly right of
way line of Angle Road a distance of 25 feet to the point and place of beginning.
Also that part of Lot 4, Block 2 more particularly described as follows: Begin _
at the intersection of the line dividing Lots 3 and 4, Block 2 with the South-
F westerly right of way line of Behrens Road; thence run Southeasterly along
Behrens Road a distance of 25 feet to a point; thence run Southwesterly parallel
with said dividing line to the rear line of said Lot 4; thence run Northwesterly _
along said rear lot line a distance of 25 feet to the dividing line; thence run
along said dividing line dividing Lots 3 and 4 aforesaid to the point and place
of beginning; all being in Block 2, ANGLEVILLA, according to plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 9, Page 15, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
PARCEL TWO
A five foot strip of land 50 feet long lying adjacent to the rear line of Lots
4 and 5, Block 2, ANGLEVILLA SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 15,
St. Lucie County, Florida public Records, being more particularly described as
follows:

Beginning at the corner common to Lots 4, 5, 12 and 13, Block 2, run Southeasterly
along the rear lot line of said Lot 5, 25 feet; thence run Northeasterly
parallel with the Northwesterly line of said Lot 5 a distance of 5 feet; thence
Northwesterly 50 feet parallel with the rear lot line of said Lots 4 and 5;
thence Southwesterly parallel with the Southeasterly line of said Lot 4 a
distance of 5 feet; thence Southeasterly along the rear lines of Lots 4 and 5
a"distance of 50 feet to the point of beginning; the above described property
4 being in a six foot utility easement.
