SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the certain mortgage and indebted-
ness secured thereby executed by JAMES E. HATFIELD ,
dated, October 30, 1969 recorded in 0. R, Book 180 Page 2243 ,
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, to
Bedford F. Foster Mortgagee, encumbering
the following described real property situate in St. Lucie County,

Florida to wit:
The South 85 feet of Lots 23 and 24, and the South 85
feet of the West 27.66 feet of Lot 25, Block "B"
WEST END ADDITION, according to the plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 2, page 5 of th public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
AT the request of the mortgagor and in consideration of E10,00 and other
good and valuable considerations, inuring to the undersigned, the undersigned }
being the owner and holder of said mortgage does hereby subordinate the lien
and operation and effect of the abovesaid mortgage, to the lien and operation '
and effect of that certain mortgage and indebtedness secured thereby executed
by James E. Hatfield to CITIZENS FEDERAL SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOCIA-
TI N OF ST. LUCIE C UNTY, under the date of 2 12 79 recorded in 0. R.
Book 303 Page 1471 of the public recor s o St. Lucie County,
Flor a, securing tTie sum of ~ 16 000.00 toget er w th a additional ~
and future advances made thereun er, an encumber ng the above-described real
property; and the undersigned hereby subordinates its said mortgage to said
mortgage of Citizens Federal as if the said mortgage of Citizens Federal had
been signed and recorded prior to and in advance of the mortgage held by the
undersigned.
