BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally
appeared ANITA M. LoPRESTI, who, upon being first duly sworn ~
by me, deposes and says:
1. That I am the same Anita M. LoPresti that
prepared that certain Warranty Deed from Tom Harmon, a single
adult to Robert L. Barnes and Eilenn B. Barnes,his wife executed
June 18,1974 and recorded June 26,1974 in O.R.Book 228,at
Page 2990, of the Public Records of St.Lucie County, Florida,
conveying that certain land described as:
Lots 7,8,9,10, and 11, Block 47,INDIAN RIVER
ESTATES,Unit 7 according to the Plat thereof
as recorded ~.n Plat Book 10 page 75 of the
Public Records of St.Lucie County,Florida.
2. That in preparing the above-mentioned Warranty
Deed is misspelled the name Eileen by showing it as "Eilenn".
In fact, the correct spelling and the proper Grantees in
the above-mentioned Warranty Deed should read as follows:
E ROBL'RT L. BARNES and EILEEN B. BARNES, his wife.
3. Further Affiant saith naught.
