and valuable considerations, lawful money of the United States

of America, to it in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby `
acknowledged, does hereby waive, release and discharge
SEACOAST-HOMES, INC. from that certain Claim of Lien filed
December 8, 1978 in O.R. Book 299, page 1487 of the public
• records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and does hereby discharge
from the effect of said Claim of Lien the real property more
fully described in said Claim of Lien. t
