IT APPEARING to this Court frown the Petitioner's Notion
for Enforcement that the respondent is willfully in defaul~t;~~ fomplying with
the Order of this Court entered on the 14t= day of December , i
19=, (a copy of Which is attached hereto and by reference made a part
hereof) in that the respondent is in arrears in his payments to the Clerk of
this Court, to be remitted by said Clerk as providcd by law, for support as
set out in said Order, it is therefore
ORDERED that the respondent show cause before me in the
Courthouse in Fort Pierce, Florida, on the 16th day of March ,
1979 , at 10'~ o'clock, A•M., Why he should not immediately be

confined to the St. Lucie County Jail pursuant to said order for failure to

comply with said Order of this Court.
