or the Florida Uniform Comanercial Code either (a) retain the goods #
as his own and cancel the unpaid portion of the indebtedness secured i
hereby subject to the debtor's rights under Florida Statutes,
Section 679.0-506, or (b) dispose of the goods. for buyer's account,
applying the proceeds of any such disposition first to costs and
i
expenses caused by the default, thereafter to the balance remaining ~
unpaid on the indebtedness secured hereby or owing any other secured
party who may have a right to demand payment from~the proceeds in -
the hands of the secured party hereunder.
The debtor warrants to the secured party that he shall have
good title free of all claims and encumbrances.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Agreement has been duly executed
this 3rd day of March, 1979.
