PETITION TO MORTGAGE REAL PROPERTY
Petitioner, WILLIAM H. HILSON, alleges:
1. Petitioner is the personal representative of the above
Estate, a residual beneficiary of said Estate, and the devisee of
the real property herein sought to be mortgaged by virtue of
Clause III of the decedent's last Will.
2. Part of the assets of this Estate consist of the
following-described real property:
West 112 feet of East 137 feet of South 135
feet of SE 1/4 of NE 1/4 of SE 1/4, Section 18,
Township 35 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie
County, Florida.

3. The above-described property presently is producing an
income of $180.00 per month. ~

4. There is presently cash on hand in the amount of $1,809.79.
5. The Estate is in need of additional funds for the payment

of costs of administration, attorneys' fees, and the claims of
creditors. There have been-the following claims-filed by creditors-

Yates Funeral Home for funeral expenses $1,789.00
William H. Hilson for cash advanced for -

State of Florida, Department of Health
and Rehabilitative Services for public
~ assistance provided to the decedent
= from November, 1976, through February,
1978 ~ ~ 4,728.94
6. An offer has been received from the State of Florida,
Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, to settle their
claim listed above for cash in the amount of $3,500.00 provided said
sum is paid at an early date. Petitioner considers this offer to be
fair and reasonable and to the best interest of the Estate.
