mortgage of the property described above.
8. Petitioner estimates that a mortgage in the principal
amount of $6,000.00 will be sufficient to satisfy the debts of this
Estate.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that an Order be entered
authorizing him to mortgage the above-described real property for
a sum not to exceed $6,000.00 for the purposes set forth above.
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have read
the foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my
knowledge and belief.
