shall draw interest at the rote of eight petcentum (8q6) per annum. and shall be repayable immediately and without demand by
the Mortgagors to the MoRgagee, and. together with interest and costs accruing thereon, shall be secured by this mortgage.

to tM said owner at the last address actwly furnished to the Mortgagee, or direded to said owner at said mortgaged premises.

quired by the provisions hereof or by law.
14. This Mortgage shall secure not ony existing indebtedness, but sh)o such future adwnces, whetMr such adwnces aro
obligatory or to be made at the option of the Mortgagee, or otherwise. ss aro made within twenty (20) years from the date here-
at. to the same extent ss if such future adwnces were made on the date of the execution of thk mortgage. but such secured
indebtedness shall not exceed at airy time the maximum principal amount of = 13,428 _ fi4 ,plus interest, and arty
disbursements made for the payment of taxes. levies or Insurance. on the property covered by the lien of this mortgage, with in•
terest on such disbursements.
The covenants heroin contained shall bind. and the benefits and advantages shall inure to. the respective heirs. executors.
administrators and assigns of the parties hereto. VVftenever used, the singular number shall include the plural. the plural the singu-
lar. and the use of arty gender shall include all genders. _
