Such provisions as arc incorporated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 through 17 and Nun-Uniform Covenants '
18, 19, 20, 22 and 23 of this Mortgage. Burrower and Lender agree that all references to the Property, Burrower, Lender and Nutc
a>ntau~ed in the above described roaster form of mortgage and incorporated by reference hereintu shall be construed to mean the
Property, Burrower, Lender and Nute defined herein. Burrower acknowledges receipt of a wpy of the complete text of the pn?~7siuns
hereby incurlx~rated by reference into this Mortgage.
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Bcxrower and Lender further covenant and agree as follows:
21. Future Advances. Upon request by Burrower, Lender, at Lender s option within twenty years from the date of this Murt-
gage, rrrdy make Future Advances to Burrower. Such Future Advances, with interest thereon, shall be secured by this Murtgrge when
evidenced by promissory notes.stating that said notes arc secured hereby. At no firm shall the principal amount of the indebtedness
xcured by this Mortgage, not including sums advanced in accordance herewith to protect the security of this Mortgage, exceed the
