CONTINENTAL ILLINOIS NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY OF CHICAGO,
a national banking association organized and existing under the laws
of the United States, the holder of those certain mortgages (the "Mort-
gages") being more particularly described as follows: (i) Mortgage
and Security Agreement, dated October 27, 1976, recorded in O.R. Book
259, page 1254, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and (ii)
second-in-priority Mortgage and Security Agreement, dated October 27,
1976, recorded in O.R. Book 259, page 1276, aforesaid records, exe-
cuted by HUTCHINSON ISLAND CLUB, INC. ("Mortgagor") to CONTINENTAL
ILLINOIS NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY OF CHICAGO ("Mortgagee"),
in consideration of TEN PnLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
considerations, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby ac-
• knowledged, does hereby remise, release, quitclaim, exonerate and
h,.n discharge from the lien, security interest and operation of the said -
.Mortgages unto the Mortgagor, its successors and assigns, that cer-
