271, Page 2832, to FINISTURE CORPORATION, a Texas Corporation, and further assigned
to ALISON MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST, a California business trust, recorded in
Official Records Book 271, Page 2831, all of the Public Records of St. Lucie Count
Florida, which the grantees hereby assume and pay.
