6. Except as specifically modified herein the terms, conditions
and provisions of the Note and Mortgage shall remain unchanged and the
parties hereto ratify and confirm same.
7. This agreement shall be binding upon the parties hereto their
respective heirs, personal representatives, successors and permitted
assigns.
