O R D E R THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard before this Court on the 26tH day of February, 1979, upon the oral Motion of the Garnishee, FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE, as Administra- j for of the Estate of Perry Carlton, Deceased, for this Court to discharge the Garnishee from liability or: the Writ of Gar- ~ nishment as of the date of February 26, 1979, upon the grounds that no reply by the Plaintiff had been filed to the answer of the Garnishee and upon the grounds that the Garnishee had paid into the Registry of the Court the funds of the Defendant that the Garnishee had in its possession, and the Court having heard the argument of Counsel and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED } 1.
