STIPULATIONS AND ADMISSIONS were made according to the Plaintiffs' Pretrial Statement and as stated therein. 2. EVIDENCE: The Defendants' reserve objections as to materiality and relevancy on all items listed on the Plaintiffs' Exhibit List attached to the Plaintiffs' Pretrial-Statement. 3. -OTHER PROVISIONS: Discovery and additional documentary evidence shall remain open until five days prior to the trial. j 4.
