ORDER ON PRE-TRIAL CONFERENCE
Pre-Trial Conference having been held, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. STIPULATIONS AND ADMISSIONS were made according to the
Plaintiffs' Pretrial Statement and as stated therein.
2. EVIDENCE: The Defendants' reserve objections as to
materiality and relevancy on all items listed on the Plaintiffs'
Exhibit List attached to the Plaintiffs' Pretrial-Statement.
3. -OTHER PROVISIONS: Discovery and additional documentary
evidence shall remain open until five days prior to the trial.
j 4. EXPERT WITNESSES: May be called out of turn by

either party.
5. WITNESSES: Only those witnesses listed at the Pretrial

Conference and names filed with the Clerk will be permitted to testify,

except the parties themselves and impeachment witnesses. Either party
may call any witness. listed by any other party.
6. PEREMPTORY CHALLENGES: Each the Plaintiffs and the Defendants
will have six (6) peremptory challenges.
7. JURY INSTRUCTIONS: Proposed jury instructions, on a
separate sheet for each charge, shall be submitted to the Court at
the beginning of the trial, with copies to attorneys. Additional
