This Mortgage shall also secure the payment
by mortgagors herein of that certain personal
home improvement loan made by Mortgagees at
Sun Bank of St. Lucie County, With a current
principal balance of $6,260.00, With interest
accruing thereon at 11.9 per annum, which the
Mortgagors shall indemnify and hold harmless
the Mortgagees with respect thereto.
