THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on plaintiff's.
Motion for Confirmation of Sale, and it appearing to the Court
that a Final Judgment of Foreclosure was entered herein on
November 16, 1978, wherein it was ordered that the real property
described in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure as follows:
Lot 7 of Block 24, OKEECHOBEE, according to
the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2,
page 17, public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, a copy of said plat being also
recorded in Plat Book 1, page 10, public
records of Okeechobee County, Florida.
_ SUBJECT, however, to any outstanding tax liens,
be sold by the United States Marshal at public outcry; that
on January 15, 1979, the real property was sold by the United
~ States Marshal in accordance with the aforesaid Final Judgment
of Foreclosure, to the Farmers Home Administration, United
States Department of Agriculture for $21,000.00, and the Court
finding that the bidder at said sale is an agent .of the United
States, and as such should be given credit against the amount
due plaintiff under the aforesaid Final Judgment of Foreclosure
in lieu of cash,. in accordance with paragraph 6 of the Final
Judgment of Foreclosure, it is therefore
ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED:
1. The sale of the real property described herein,
and in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure sold to the Farmers
Home Administration, United States Department of Agriculture,
is confirmed in all respects.
