CASE NO. 79-146FR ~ IN RE: The Marriage of LEE JEFFERSON DUNN, Husband, and DEBRA L. DUNN, Wife. FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE THIS CAUSE came on for hearing on the 5th day of March, 1979, and the Court, having given full consideration to all of the evidence, finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this .action; that the relationship of husband and wife now exists between the Petitioner and Respondent and their marriage is irretrievably broken. It is, thereupon ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the Petitioner, DEBRA L. DUNN, and the Respondent, LEE JEFFERSON DUNN, ~I be and the same is hereby dissolved and the parties and each of f F them are forever free from the obligations arising therefrom. ! 2. RESTRAINT. Neither of the parties shall molest or annoy F the other party or compel or endeavor to compel the other to f _cohabit or dwell. with him or her by any legal or other proceedings for the restoration of conjugal rights or otherwise. ~ 3. LUMP SUiZ ALIMONY. The husband is ordered to pay to the Wife moneys sufficient to reimburse the Wife for all costs incurred in the replacement of the two front teeth of the Wife. The bills or estimates from the dentist shall be submitted by the Wife to the Husband by regular U. S. Mail, and the Husband shall pay the k 1 amounts of said bills or estimates within seven days of the date i of said letter. i 4. ADDITIONAL LUI~lP SUM ALIMONY.
