RELEASE OF LIEN

For and in consideration of the sum of Seventeen Hundred Fifty
X1750.00) Dollars, .the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
Jacobs Air Conditioning, Inc. hereby release the-property hereinafter
described from a certain lien filed by Jabobs Air Conditioning, Inc.
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, -
Florida, on the 6th day of February, 1979 for the sum of Seventeen
Hundred Fifty ($1750.00) Dollars, recorded in O.R. Book 302, page. 2664,
due it for labor and services and materials on said property; and they
hereby declare said lien fully satisfied.
Said property is described as follows:
726 S. E. Essex Drive, Port St. Lucie, Florida 33452
Lot 4, Block 790, Port St. Lucie Section 18
