' further acknowledges receipt of and reading and examination of said Ikclarati~n, its
Exhibits, and hud6et, sales brochure and floor plan, and acknowlcdl;cs that each and
every provision of the foiegoing is essential to the sucessful operation and manage- ~
ment of the Catdominitart property and is in the best interests and for the benefit of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all ot.~ters of parcels in t.lte aforeclescribed
Condominitmr covenant and agree to abide by each and ever~• provision of said Declar-
