petitioner has been domiciled in this county in excess of ten years
and maintained her full--time residence here.
8. Reasonable search has been made, and any of the information
required by Florida law and by the applicable Rules of Probate and
Guardianship Procedure that is not set forth in full above cannot be
ascertained without delay that would adverRely affect the petitioner
or the petitioner's property.
9. The petitioner expects to become totally incapacitated for
an indefinite period of time as a result of major surgical procedure's
scheduled to be performed on the petitioner shortly after the filing
of this petition.
WHEREFORE, petitioner requests that Elmer Lee Ash, her uncle,
whose residence iR 2439. Arthur Ave,; Dayton, Ohio 45414 and who is
sui juris and otherwise qualifieti under the laws of Florida to act as
such, be appointed as guardian of the petitioner's property.
